2021年12月3日早上9點(diǎn)， 滴滴出行通過(guò)新浪微博發(fā)布聲明“經(jīng)認(rèn)真研究，公司即日起啟動(dòng)在紐交所退市的工作，并啟動(dòng)在香港上市的準(zhǔn)備工作”。頓時(shí)“一石激起千層浪”，中外媒體聞風(fēng)而動(dòng)， 當(dāng)天10點(diǎn)半路透社記者請(qǐng)筆者談?wù)剬?duì)滴滴退市聲明的看法。

筆者不到五分鐘寫了如下觀點(diǎn)：

“Well, again no surprise to me. This is the only way that Didi can survive, and this may be a good thing for the investors in the US market. There are other issues related to Didi in addition to the data security. Didi also embedded financial services on their platform, they withheld the payment to the drivers, charge high fees for drivers, make loans with high interest rate and etc. And the inherent problems of the share-riding (順風(fēng)車) due to the fact there is no appropriate regulation of the bad-behavior of the drivers......
