British police on Saturday said they had arrested two people after a mass stabbing of 10 passengers on a train that left nine with “life-threatening” injuries.
While British Transport Police did not immediately label the attack terrorism, it said that Counter Terror Police were “supporting” its investigation.
Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer wrote on X that the “appalling incident” was “deeply concerning”.
